Three Memberships in One

Once you join the Home Builders Association of Metro Orlando, you also become a member of the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). As part of this network, you gain access to a wide range of information, activities and services that will contribute to the success of your business.

Insurance

HBA Membership gives you access to Florida Home Builders Insurance products through HBA member agents for Builders Risk and General Liability, Construction Equipment, Business, Auto and Commercial Property.  The Florida Home Builders Insurance also offers a new limited medical, dental and vision plans for HBA members and their employees. 

Governmental Affairs

HBA actively monitors local and state government and legislation. Up to date information is available to members through HBA publications and on our website.

HBA offers member discounts on Continuing Education and Professional Development courses and seminars, HBA News advertising, Parade of Homes entry fees, etc. Discounts are also available through Member to Member offers as well as FHBA and NAHB partner programs.

Member 2 Member Discount Program

Member 2 Member Discount Application

The Home Builders Association of Metro Orlando’s Member-2-Member Discount Program is designed to encourage members to “Do Business with A Member” that supports the industry via their HBA membership.  Participating in the FREE discount program is a great way to create new business relationships and build business. 

Enrolling in the Member-2-Member Discount Program is FREE and discounts will be posted on the Internet, mailed to members, and included in all new member packets.  It’s free promotion for all who participate.  Discounts must be approved by the Membership Committee before they are included in the program.
